I couldn't resist having a little fun with the post-processing on this photo. See if you can figure out why this image looks the way it does. There's a relatively simple explanation.

My guess is that it is a water reflection which you have enhanced. Cool shot and post-processing!

@Daroru: That's it. Just a water reflection turned upside down and then horizontally flipped so the writing goes the right way. The shimmer is caused by that being the only part of the water that was in motion when the photo was taken.
Heat is distorting things?
