Hardly Working

Took this at about 1:30, which even for construction workers is after lunch hour is over and before the 3 o'clock break begins. (It isn't unusual for the 10 minute break at 3 o'clock to start anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes before 3 o'clock and run to nearly 3:30).
