I took this photo for the sole reason that the sign made me laugh. This was in the kiddy ride section of our local flea-bitten amusement park and the sign, which indicates a maximum of two riders and a cost of 50 yen, had obviously previously been used next to one of the rides. Needing a sign to mark the presence of a change machine which dispenses two 50 yen coins in exchange for a 100 yen coin, the park staff just pasted ””50 Yen Change Machine over the name of the ride (top line) and left the "Maximum Riders: 2" and "Insert 50 Yen" portions of the sign as they were.

That is funny. And surprising that you can get anything for 50 yen these days.

@Daroru: The amazing thing is that they so blithely reuse the sign without having given any thought to how 2/3 of it is now not only not appropriate, but even comical. I wonder if I'm the only person who has ever seen it and thought it odd.
