Severely Chastised

A sign in a neighborhood small park/playground.

It was placed there in response to somebody using the water faucet at the park to clean cat litter. The sign reminds us that the water is there for everyone to drink and warns that anyone caught cleaning cat litter will be....shot on sight?....prosecuted?....no...."severely chastised".
