Straight Eight Marine Diesel

Judging by hunting around the web and looking at the engine maker's website, I thought this was the power portion of a diesel generator set for marine use. But the print on the shipping info says main engine and gearbox. At any rate, here it is out in the drizzling rain being prepared for shipment by being bolted onto heavy wooden skids at Yokohama's Honmoku Wharf.
