Tokyo Bay After Dark IV

In attempting to get a nice shot of this pair of hydrofoils at Shibaura Wharf under very dark conditions I had one shot that came out eerily overexposed and liked it better than the one that came out right.

This is a 10 second exposure, which accounts for the averaged-out appearance of the waves and the very slight blur of the hydrofoils which were moved by the waves while the shutter was open.
