Tokyo Bay After Dark VI

While I was on the central breakwater shooting back across the bay toward Odaiba there was one young man on the breakwater enjoying a little night fishing.

It was a very dark night and I needed a 20 second exposure to get this. Fortunately, he didn't walk away while the shutter was open, though his hands and fishing pole are blurred from reeling in his lure during that time. The large bright light in the distance is a ferris wheel.
