Tokyo Bay After Dark IX

The large ferris wheel at Odaiba and Tokyo Tower seen from the central breakwater. Look carefully and you can see "2008" spelled out in lights around Tokyo Tower. This was taken on December 30th when everyone was gearing up for New Years, which is a big deal here.
