Tokyo Bay After Dark XIIPosted by Mike Cash (Kiryu, Japan) on 16 May 2009 in Business & Industry and Portfolio. Believe it or not, this is a night photo. It was taken under near pitch black conditions and it was all I could do to see enough to even roughly frame the image. No details of any sort were visible. These are some floating sand compactors, whose function is to firm up the bottom of Tokyo Bay. Beyond them are dredges, barges, and floating cranes. 1973 Pentax Spotmatic ESII
