延命観音

Posted by Mike Cash (Kiryu, Japan) on 18 July 2009 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio.

In the cemetery of Kiryu's Touzenji Temple I found this walled off area. It isn't a tomb, but rather a building containing a statue of the Kannon. It appears to have been erected by a private family.
