How many bottle blondes do you think 16,000 liters of hydrogen peroxide would make?

That's not enough for the whole of Essex, do they have another tank?

@Curly: I hunted around online to try to figure out just how many hair bleachings 16,000 liters of hydrogen peroxide would provide, but the math was beyond my meager abilities. It turns out it is used in incredibly diluted form, something like 3%. So figure something like half a million liters, probably. But I have no idea how much solution is used for a typical bleaching. Safe to say this would handle a few million, most likely.
