@Florence: You are correct; it is on a Tokyo taxicab. This is the first of a Tuesday series of about five or six similar photos. They're sort of hard to get as they are all taken at red lights, the cabs must have no passenger (else the light is off), and from where I am sitting in my truck I must be able to get a shot which allows me to include only the light and its reflection in the photo.

@Curly: Not very large at all, actually. It is just that there is nothing else in the photo to give you a sense of scale.
