Building a temporary partial dam to redirect the flow of the Tonegawa while constructing bridge pillars to suport a second section of the Showa Bridge joining Meiwa-mura in Gunma Prefecture and Hanyu-shi in Saitama Prefecture. Part of the seemingly never-ending project of broadening Hwy 122 into a four-lane.
