Why is it that when the weather turns cold women feel a need to bare their legs?
And I don't understand how they tolerate the cold too! Nice capture.

Indeed, in Japan, hight school student dont wear overcoat, not tights, I can't beleive. but i am sure it's a japanese fashon coulture(younger generation) and message is " I am young"
