Hope the party went well. just out of interest, are apartments in those buildings affordable - either for rent or buying outright? By affordable I mean for the average Tokyo wage earner, if there is such a person.

@Mimoore: I'm afraid I don't know what party you're talking about. I have no knowledge of Tokyo real estate but just out of common sense one would have to assume that developers would not bother putting up buildings that nobody could afford to live in. What would be the point?
